ROSEMARY COLD BREW LATTE
To be honest, I don’t drink a lot of coffee. It’s not that I don’t like the taste (and I looooove the smell), it just doesn’t suit me well. But every once in a while I have a craving for caffeine that no green tea can fix.
This recipe is as simple as it can be – place 1 cup of water, 1 cup of granulated sugar and a few sprigs of rosemary in a pot and bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar has melted. Cool, remove the rosemary sprigs and keep in the fridge. When you are in the mood for coffee, add a tsbp of this to your cup and drink away. It’s so good!
