BLUEBERRY COCONUT SMOOTHIE with crunchy granola

 

The quickest meal, one that I never ever get tired of – the humble smoothie. This time spiced up with the use of blueberries, coconut and granola for the crunch!

 

Ingredients

1,5 medium frozen banana

200ml frozen blueberries

200ml almond milk

100ml coconut milk

1tsp lime juice

1 tbsp agave

1/2 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp of granola

Coconut flakes for garnish

 

Method

Place everything except for the granola in a blender and blend until smooooth. Add the granola to the bottom of a jar and fill it with the smoothie. Top with coconut flakes and more blueberries.
