AVOCADO & DATE BROWNIES with sea salt

 

Ingredients

200ml pitted fresh dates

1 avocado

100ml almond milk

250ml flour

3 tbsp sweetener – agave/honey/coconut sugar

100ml cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

 

Recipe

Blend together the dates, avo, almond milk and sweetener. In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix the two bowls together – the batter should be firm but pourable, add almond milk or more flour if needed. Taste and adjust sweetness. Pour into a baking dish that has been lined with baking paper and bake at 180 for 25 minutes. Cool before cutting. Enjoy!
